What you will do
- Design and maintain production-grade agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Develop MCP servers and tool integrations connecting AI agents to platform APIs.
- Orchestrate LLMs and manage prompt strategies to ensure compliant, pre-approved refund solutions.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines grounded in product data to prevent hallucinations.
- Implement guardrails to enforce compliance and safety across all AI-generated offers.
- Build evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve agent performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in production AI/LLM development.
- Strong Python proficiency and deep backend engineering experience (e.g., Django).
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock Agents.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications and building RAG pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI system designs to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in compliance-sensitive industries like insurance, fintech, or legal.
- Experience operating high-volume LLM systems with attention to latency and cost.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar managed AI platforms.
- Experience with model fine-tuning or customization.
