What you will do

• Lead engineering delivery for intelligent agent matching and personalized support experiences for high-value customers.
• Own and evolve core routing infrastructure, including decision engines and workflow orchestration, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Consolidate fragmented routing logic across multiple platforms into a centralized, auditable system.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data Science teams to align priorities and improve the customer support experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of engineering excellence through design and code reviews.
• Optimize system performance and efficiency for AI-driven routing workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience in backend development and service-oriented architectures.
• Expertise in scalable and flexible backend systems and workflow optimization.
• Experience in prompt engineering to fine-tune AI capabilities for LLM-driven scenarios.
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, memory routing, and agent planning.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
