What you will do

• Design and operate high-performance distributed systems for ML inference at massive scale.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features from requirements to production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges in capacity management and API compatibility.
• Build services that onboard new foundation models while maintaining strict performance SLAs.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate the team's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in programming and leading system architecture/design.
• Proven experience as a mentor or technical lead for engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of reliability, scaling, and design patterns.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, or TPU hardware.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful or streaming APIs with strict latency requirements.
