Salary: $136,500 - $170,500 OTE

What you will do

• Develop the long-term roadmap for enterprise core systems, HRIS, and financial software integrations to support organizational scaling.
• Manage global architecture and administration for internal platforms, Corporate Directory Services, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce data governance and information security protocols.
• Architect scalable automated workflows between business platforms to optimize efficiency and minimize data silos.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of information systems engineers and administrators.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and the software procurement budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information systems or corporate technology infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience scaling enterprise identity governance, HRIS platforms, and core productivity ecosystems.
• Proven track record managing integrations across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
