TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and engagement with prospects across EMEA with an accent on high-volume outreach and strategic lead conversion. Focus on executing GTM strategies, collaborating with Account Executives, and converting conversations into business opportunities.
Location: Hybrid (Dublin). Must be based in Dublin and available for in-office presence 1-2 days per week

What you will do
- Drive outbound pipeline through high-quality prospecting across multiple regions and industries.
- Engage prospects and customers via phone and email to create and convert conversations.
- Maintain a high-volume, high-quality outreach cadence across assigned territories.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Go-To-Market BDR strategy.
- Communicate product capabilities compellingly to a range of audiences and verticals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and advance pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German (or French, Spanish, Swedish).
- Must be based in Dublin and comfortable with an in-office presence 1-2 days per week.
- Proven capacity for high-volume outreach (450+ calls per week).
- Background in a customer-facing, commercial, or outreach-oriented environment.
- Strong passion for launching a career in sales.
- Coachable attitude and collaborative team player mindset.

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
- Background in the technology sector.
- Additional language proficiencies.
