What you will do

• Complete a 4-5 year Apprentice Tool/Fixture program including 500-600 hours of classroom instruction.
• Develop, build, and install modifications to production machines and prototype assembly fixtures.
• Operate and program CNC machines, milling machines, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Document design changes and communicate them to the engineering team.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, vendors, customers, and management.
• Perform service calls to other plants as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematics.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude for mechanical reasoning.
• English language proficiency (speaking and comprehension).
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime to meet customer requirements.
