What you will do

• Read blueprints and interpret technical procedures to ensure design accuracy.
• Load raw materials and supervise automated cutting processes.
• Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality inspections to verify parts meet tolerances before and after machining.
• Operate overhead cranes or vacuum lifts to handle stone slabs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications with precision.
• Strong aptitude for machining processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
• Basic computer, math, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Greenfield, IN.

Nice to have

• 1-2+ years of experience in machining.
• Post-secondary education in machining.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
