What you will do

• Set up and operate machine tools including CNC vertical milling machines, lathes, and drill presses.
• Layout and assemble pattern sections using hand and power tools.
• Verify pattern dimensions against blueprints using calipers, scales, and micrometers.
• Mount patterns to production plates, core boxes, and trim dies.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain safety standards in the workshop.
• Collaborate with experienced pattern makers to learn construction and layout techniques.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Franklin, NH
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Education or training in shop math, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical training.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain attendance standards.
