CNC Hardware Assembler (Manufacturing)

CNC Hardware Assembler (Manufacturing): Completing machined parts to print using various assembly equipment with an accent on hardware installation and quality inspection. Focus on analyzing technical blueprints, performing drilling and tapping, and ensuring strict conformance to specifications.

Location: On-site in Nashua, NH. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $17.07 - $21 per hour

What you will do

• Install helicoil, PEM inserts, and other hardware into components.
• Inspect parts and assemblies using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales, and micrometers.
• Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
• Analyze electronic or written blueprints and specifications to determine assembly sequences.
• Perform tapping and drilling while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and analyze technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with deburring, installing hardware, drilling, and tapping.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a CNC Machining environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance.
