What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects across multiple European sites.
• Drive business case development, approvals, and stakeholder alignment across regional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, OPEX, and Global CAPEX teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure delivery against key KPIs, specifically Safety, Cost, Schedule, Scope, and Quality.
• Define project execution strategies, organizational structures, and timelines.
• Chair steering committees and deliver comprehensive monthly reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive background in project engineering and management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering capital projects using both internal and external resources.
• Knowledge of European regulations and standards (e.g., safety and compliance frameworks).
• Based in or able to work from the UK or the Nordics (preferred).
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
