What you will do
- Run departmental operational processes, governance arrangements, and tools to keep opportunities and projects progressing against agreed requirements.
- Draft, coordinate, and refine proposals and supporting documents to ensure complete, well-presented, compliant submissions.
- Administer and progress contracts, agreements, and internal approval documentation.
- Coordinate continuity from opportunity development through implementation with regional teams and corporate functions.
- Provide operational support for stakeholder engagement, including meetings, records, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Contrute to the wider Education Systems Solutions department work.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Public Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- Experience in operations, project coordination, proposal development, contract administration, or related work in an international, public sector, non-profit, or matrix environment.
- Strong drafting, coordination, and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good judgement and strong collaboration skills working across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
- Location: based in Cardiff (UK) or The Hague (Netherlands); hybrid working opportunity and open to remote working within the UK/NL (with travel).
