Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project delivery from mobilisation through execution to BAU handover
• Build and maintain robust delivery plans covering scope, timelines, resourcing, and dependencies
• Manage project financials including cost estimates, budgets, forecasting, and commercial reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Implementation, Testing, Migration) for risk-managed delivery
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with early escalation
• Communicate progress clearly to senior client and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to meet commitments

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation projects with high-volume end-user impact
• Experience in major platform migrations involving tier 1 vendors
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to lead, influence, and negotiate
• Experience leading projects with third-party vendors and partners
• Confident financial ownership including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Hands-on delivery mindset with flexibility to travel and work on client sites nationally for undefined periods
