What you will do

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from inception to closure.
• Ensure accountability for project safety, program schedules, and financial budgets.
• Develop and own the project execution strategy and plan.
• Coordinate internal project teams and external third-party contractors.
• Lead commercial and change management processes.
• Monitor, report, and forecast project performance against internal and external KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in multi-disciplinary EPCM/EPC projects.
• Ideally gained within the UK Infrastructure sector.
• Sound knowledge of construction activities and their integration across design, procurement, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract, specifically NEC3/4.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets under pressure.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• BSc/BEng/MSc in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
• Qualification from the Association for Project Management (APM).
• Experience in highly regulated process industries.
