What you will do

• Resolve National Account process, billing, and payment issues for field teams and customers
• Manage and reconcile billing activities, including dealer-to-dealer transactions and scrap tire processes
• Maintain customer master data, pricing, and account configurations across systems
• Collaborate with billing, sales, pricing, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Act as the primary contact for government account inquiries and operational support
• Coordinate government bid processes, including reviewing opportunities and ensuring accurate submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support
• Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated experience delivering responsive and accurate service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engagement across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple internal systems
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
