What you will do

• Align solution designs with client requirements and produce technical documentation using Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Facilitate, document, and administer technical change releases, including requirements documents, test plans, and traceability use-cases.
• Act as technical liaison to confirm project scope, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute test plans, use-cases, and protocols; assist in resolving non-conformances.
• Coordinate release management, track deployments, provide incident resolution oversight, and contribute to feasibility studies and SOW/RFP responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Software Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience, or Associate Degree with 5+ years.
• Minimum 2 years conducting requirements analysis and defining technical software solutions, preferably with Atlassian tools.
• Minimum 1 year client-facing requirements gathering and producing technical documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL for ad-hoc queries, Microsoft Office suite, and Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira).
• Strong analytical skills, logical capabilities, and experience with technical processes.
• Onsite position; willingness to work beyond regular hours occasionally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT SDLC/STLC best practices and ITIL certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Supply Chain Management, and SAP.
