What you will do

• Evaluate organizational processes, procedures, and operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations for management.
• Support the implementation of operational solutions to optimize organizational performance.
• Interview managers and employees and observe operations to understand internal culture and relationships.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models to address specific organizational problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical field.
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Experience in collecting and analyzing information to make recommendations to government entities.
• Ability to analyze financial data, including annual revenues, employment, and expenditures.
