What you will do

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Provide support activities to Account Managers and Sales Executives to assist producers.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from producers, sales representatives, and small market clients.
• Manage error handling and ensure the accuracy of benefit files.
• Coordinate the implementation of new products, benefit enhancements, and mass updates.
• Support broker onboarding and assist in training new employees.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant, progressive experience in a similar specialization.
• High School diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred).
• Based in Pennsylvania (PA) to meet hybrid office requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or sales.
• Producer License - Accident & Health.
