What you will do

• Develop data-driven pricing justification packages to support sales negotiations.
• Format and maintain pricing tables, cost breakdowns, and proposal documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to structure pricing sections.
• Provide ad-hoc sales support, including updating pricing sheets and creating sales collateral.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and customer requirements.
• Maintain version control and accuracy across all proposal deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee due to ITAR restrictions.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
