What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s UK brand identity and develop a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users and market dynamics
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team ensuring high creativity and execution quality
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to drive awareness, trust, and growth in the UK market
• Manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability while partnering with growth, product, and leadership teams
• Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work
• Stay current on UK market, consumer, and creative trends to keep the brand relevant

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work hybrid in London with remote flexibility across the UK
• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands and building/localising brands for the UK market
