What you will do

  • Prospect, onboard, and develop new commercial dealers into the partner program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the account base.
  • Assist commercial dealers in presenting solutions to large end-user opportunities.
  • Execute on-site product technical and sales training for dealer partners.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to identify target dealers and coordinate sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry association meetings and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in the sales, installation, and support of commercial security products (access control, alarm systems, video surveillance).
  • Proven history of increasing revenue and managing large account sets.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to meet heavy travel demands (approx. 50-75%).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, or French.
  • Background in IT Communications.
