What you will do
- Close new business within large enterprise accounts across the Benelux region.
- Develop multi-threaded account plans and build relationships from developer teams up to C-level executives.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations for seven-figure, multi-year agreements.
- Generate a strategic outbound pipeline into cold enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers and product specialists to deliver prospect value.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales focused on new logo acquisition.
- Consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1M+.
- Mastery of value-based sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
- Complete professional fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong business acumen regarding ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Existing C-level and VP-level relationships within the Benelux technology sector.
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem.
- Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed startup environments.
