What you will do
- Co-create and execute annual strategic account plans for the traditional channel in BE and NL, including Belgium chains.
- Own end-to-end sales performance for assigned customers, including execution and optimization throughout the year.
- Track performance, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate potential sales gaps.
- Analyze and report sales results, expectations, market/competition, and trends to propose improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders; negotiate assortments and deals.
- Drive commercial orientation by spotting market trends and optimizing the consumer journey through customer- and assortment-aligned execution.
Requirements
- Location: Remote from Belgium
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG; head office experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French and English (French preferred for Wallonia and Flanders customers).
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making and storytelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel is required.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a business/commercial field (e.g., business studies, commercial economy).
