What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth through contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships by conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and designing engagement strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering requirements and advocating for their needs internally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Lead strategic customer projects and resolve mid-level escalations autonomously.
  • Segment and prioritize your book of business to ensure consistent account health and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is essential.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in Belgium.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or commercial roles within the B2B SaaS or Food Tech industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS business models and expansion paths.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrable project management skills and ability to lead complex projects.
  • Understanding of APIs and ability to leverage data to identify churn signals.
