What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, targeting new logos in the commercial and mid-market segments across Benelux.
- Manage inbound leads and signups while executing outbound initiatives to build a quality pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage technical validation cycles (POCs) for VPs of Engineering, SREs, and Platform Engineers.
- Strategically prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers and champions.
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities.
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to ensure a repeatable and scalable sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Complete professional fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with engineering leaders.
- Based in Amsterdam for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling APM, observability, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with mid-market technology leaders in the Benelux region.
- Formal training in MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
