What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, targeting new logos in the commercial and mid-market segments across Benelux.
  • Manage inbound leads and signups while executing outbound initiatives to build a quality pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage technical validation cycles (POCs) for VPs of Engineering, SREs, and Platform Engineers.
  • Strategically prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers and champions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to ensure a repeatable and scalable sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Complete professional fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations with engineering leaders.
  • Based in Amsterdam for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling APM, observability, or developer tools.
  • Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem.
  • Existing relationships with mid-market technology leaders in the Benelux region.
  • Formal training in MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
