Salary: $233,400 - $372,800 annually

What you will do
- Lead multiple engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend platforms powering the Home Details Page.
- Set the engineering strategy for customer-facing listing and evaluation experiences.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and AI teams to deliver high-impact shopping journeys.
- Guide the development of AI-powered features to differentiate ’s customer experience.
- Drive execution through clear goals, prioritization, and measurable improvements in quality and delivery.
- Coach and grow engineering managers and senior engineers to build healthy, high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Extensive experience leading multiple software engineering teams through managers.
- Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing product experiences at scale.
- Strong technical judgment regarding architecture, system evolution, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Ability to translate broad business goals into clear engineering direction and execution.
- Excellent communication skills for tailoring messages to executives, peers, and technical staff.
