Salary: $233,400 - $372,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend platforms powering the Home Details Page.
• Set the engineering strategy for customer-facing listing and evaluation experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and AI teams to deliver high-impact shopping journeys.
• Guide the development of AI-powered features to differentiate hirify.global’s customer experience.
• Drive execution through clear goals, prioritization, and measurable improvements in quality and delivery.
• Coach and grow engineering managers and senior engineers to build healthy, high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience leading multiple software engineering teams through managers.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing product experiences at scale.
• Strong technical judgment regarding architecture, system evolution, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate broad business goals into clear engineering direction and execution.
• Excellent communication skills for tailoring messages to executives, peers, and technical staff.
