What you will do

• Define and execute an AI-native technical strategy to unlock new product capabilities.
• Lead and scale an engineering organization of approximately 50 people across Product and Platform departments.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to drive roadmap execution and business results.
• Manage engineering P&L, forecasting, and strategic platform investments.
• Attract, hire, and empower top-tier engineering talent while maintaining high standards of craft.
• Communicate engineering strategy and impact to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations and developing engineering leaders.
• Strong technical background with the ability to operate in the details when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience defining and executing AI strategies in a product-focused environment.
• Ability to manage P&L and make strategic trade-offs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
