What you will do

• Lead and mentor four Regional Solutions Engineering Managers across AMER and EMEA, with functional oversight of emerging markets.
• Design and execute a global SE operating model that aligns technical coverage with sales segments.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership in Revenue, Product, and Engineering to drive KPIs and achieve OKRs.
• Champion the use of AI tools to improve SE productivity, demo generation, and solution design.
• Drive a consultative selling approach focused on discovery, quantified ROI, and post-sale optimization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior technical talent while building a strong management bench.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6+ years of leadership experience scaling global Solutions Engineering teams in SaaS, including second-line management.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on Solutions Engineering experience across various market segments.
• Strong technical fundamentals with prior coding experience in languages like JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, headless architecture, and modern commerce stacks.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience leading SE teams at a scale of $300M–$1B in ARR.
• Prior experience in search or commerce technology.
• Computer Science Master degree.
