Salary: $120,000–$145,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the full customer journey from research and discovery through concepting, prototyping, and visual design.
• Leverage and contribute to the UI Design System to deliver scalable, accessibility-inclusive experiences.
• Facilitate moderated and unmoderated qualitative user research studies and synthesize findings into business recommendations.
• Map service blueprints and design complex multi-persona journeys for B2B2C ecosystems.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to align on core user problems and opportunities.
• Continuously measure and enhance user experience through iterative product and design thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software/digital product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in the full product design stack: research, UX/Interaction design, UI/Visual design, and prototyping.
• Proven experience designing enterprise software (B2B and/or B2B2C).
• Deep fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user research platforms.
• Technical familiarity with frontend capabilities such as React or Angular.
• Must be based in the United States.
