TL;DR

Product Designer (AI/Enterprise): Designing a comprehensive web platform and hardware interfaces for modernizing utility field operations with an accent on geospatial, imagery, and LiDAR data visualization. Location: Hybrid (New York City) - Must be based in New York City (2 days per week in person)

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across the core web platform and hardware physical interfaces.
• Design interfaces that make dense, multidimensional geospatial and LiDAR data actionable for operational teams.
• Develop and maintain the design system, component library, and visual language to ensure scalability.
• Map user workflows and create high-fidelity prototypes to solve complex B2B operational challenges.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate customer needs into polished experiences.
• Shape the design culture and repeatable processes for an early-stage organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience shipping complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction, information, and visual design for data-dense interfaces.
• Ability to operate as both a senior individual contributor and a strategic leader.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining production-ready design systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Lower Manhattan, NYC office (hybrid).
• Comfort with high ambiguity and excitement for early-stage startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for geospatial, 3D, or map-heavy interfaces.
• Prior experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, construction, or logistics sectors.
