What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of core treatment categories, from intake flows to ongoing care journeys.
• Lead large, complex initiatives autonomously, defining problems and setting strategic direction.
• Translate clinical complexity into clear, calm, and human-centric experiences that earn user trust.
• Actively use AI tools in the workflow for prototyping, research synthesis, and generative ideation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Clinical teams to navigate complex design tradeoffs.
• Contribute to design systems and mentor the design organization on craft and feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing products.
• Proven track record of owning complex, high-stakes experiences end-to-end.
• Strong UX instincts in sensitive contexts such as health, finance, or identity.
• AI fluency as a practitioner with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily processes.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare categories with emotional weight.
• Background in 0–1 product building at a startup.
• Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI-powered product features.
