What you will do

• Partner with sales through pre-sales and scoping to shape work before it begins.
• Execute end-to-end design including UX, UI, interactive prototyping, and research.
• Define and maintain craft standards, processes, and tooling for the entire design team.
• Facilitate discohirify.global workshops and alignment sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and elevate the overall craft quality across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design integrity and successful QA.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a design lead role with a total of approximately 10 years in design.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America without sponsorship.
• Proven track record of launching real products from zero-to-one and incremental work.
• Strong design systems thinking and experience with data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thinking and lead client discussions.
• Demonstrated history of mentoring designers and raising team craft standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT and connected-product design.
• Proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing for data-heavy or analytical products.
• Experience designing agentic or AI-driven products.
