What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define user flows and shape product strategy.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive iterative design improvements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product development life cycle.
• Integrate AI-assisted design workflows into the team's processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in UX design or HCI.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strategic impact on product direction.
• Deep proficiency with Figma.
• Must be a US person (US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder)
• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data-dense or technical interfaces (dashboards, dev tools).
• Knowledge of machine learning or data science concepts.
