What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts from discovery and user research to high-fidelity UI execution.
• Design and refine data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and workflows with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on vision and feasibility.
• Use storytelling, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent and influence prioritization.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design with a portfolio of complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards or enterprise-grade SaaS applications.
• Strong expertise in UI design craft, including visual hierarchy, layout systems, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
