TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Enterprise AI): Driving growth, adoption, and retention for Fortune 500 companies with an accent on AI-powered workflows and outcome-based renewals. Focus on building customer success foundations, leading AI workshops, and translating demonstrated value into predictable revenue.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York, NY). Must be in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 (Total on target earnings for SF)

What you will do

  • Manage a book of named Enterprise accounts to drive AI adoption, value delivery, and renewals.
  • Lead AI workshops to build and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems for customers.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive predictable revenue.
  • Partner with Account Executives on growth strategy while owning customer activation and renewal readiness.
  • Develop customer success plans and playbooks to help clients achieve desired business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to share customer insights and influence the future product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal.
  • Strong discovery skills to uncover customer challenges and connect them to tailored solutions.
  • Ability to implement AI workflows and articulate their value to senior executive audiences.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity within fast-paced, foundational teams.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York to support the hybrid office model.

  • Experience with technical products and various commercial models (seats, usage).
  • Previous experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
