TL;DR

Commercial Customer Success Manager (AI): Managing the full post-sale lifecycle for commercial customers of an AI-powered search platform with an accent on onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Focus on driving fast time-to-value, monitoring account health, and translating customer insights into product improvements.

Location: Remote within the United States. Preferred locations: New York City, Austin, or San Francisco.

Compensation: $155k - $185k OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts across the full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Drive fast time-to-value by guiding customers through integration setup and best practices.
  • Monitor account health, usage signals, and engagement metrics to surface risk and growth opportunities.
  • Execute renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop scalable success resources, guides, and reference implementations for the commercial segment.
  • Partner with Sales, GTM Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, or Implementation Specialist), preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business with a track record of retention and expansion.
  • Ability to navigate technical conversations with developer users and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and CS tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
