What you will do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as their primary point of contact.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of ads products.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations teams.
- Surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, or consulting.
- Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment.
- Proficiency in data querying using SQL or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fully bilingual: fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Miami, Florida.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
