What you will do

• Design and maintain integrations across the GTM stack including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and HubSpot.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows for account research, prospecting, and automated follow-ups.
• Own the technical layer of Salesforce, including flows, data models, and hygiene standards.
• Engineer durable, API-connected pipelines to eliminate friction in AE and AM workflows.
• Evaluate new revenue tools and manage vendor integrations to ensure system reliability.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to drive tool adoption and measure system impact on pipeline velocity.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a technical GTM function.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with systems and AI workflow development in the last 1–2 years.
• Fluency in Salesforce object structure, data hygiene, and CRM-driven automation.
• Experience building API-connected toolchains and troubleshooting production integrations.
• Practical experience deploying LLMs into operational workflows with structured prompt engineering.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
