Salary: $134,900 – $237,300

What you will do
- Architect production-ready AI solutions combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers.
- Design scalable RAG and knowledge retrieval strategies to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
- Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and feedback loops to ensure performance and business impact.
- Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution design, and high-impact product demonstrations.
- Develop reusable technical assets and provide coaching to scale AI expertise across the field organization.
- Influence executive stakeholders (CIO/CTO) by translating complex AI architectures into clear business value.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for contact center or customer experience use cases.
- Expertise in integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
- Proven ability to define AI evaluation strategies, success metrics, and observability approaches.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in a presales or customer-facing technical role.
