Location: Remote / Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 + variable + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Build and refine signal-to-play data architecture, including data taxonomies for intent, website behavior, competitive, and relationship datasets.
- Integrate GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to connect CRM, marketing automation, enrichment networks, and sales engagement platforms.
- Design and scale automated growth plays by building end-to-end MVPs with automation tools such as Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
- Partner with Sales, SDR leadership, and Revenue Operations to align automated target account prioritization, qualification routing, and outbound messaging.
- Develop segmentation and account prioritization models combining firmographic data with product and digital behavior signals.
- Define technical performance metrics and attribution dashboards to measure pipeline sourced/influenced and optimize ROI; support AI search visibility (AEO/GEO).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, GTM engineering, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of building pipeline-generating infrastructure.
- Expertise in the B2B GTM stack: Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot or Marketo (MAP), 6sense or Demandbase (intent), Gong Engage or Outreach (sales engagement), and Clay or ZoomInfo (enrichment).
- Hands-on ability with LLMs, custom agents, and visual automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, AirOps) to build production-grade workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and user behavior patterns, evaluate play ROI, and adjust strategy based on pipeline velocity.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills to translate technical automation builds into actionable playbooks for GTM stakeholders.
