Location: Must be based in the United States. The role offers a hybrid model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago, or remote flexibility within the US.

Salary: $155,000 – $225,000 USD (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and RevOps leaders to map and optimize processes across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, and CPQ.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and rapid prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to scale prototypes into robust production systems.
  • Apply AI platforms to automate rote tasks and measure productivity gains in time saved and cycle time.
  • Administer and improve the enterprise GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot.
  • Champion an AI-centric builder culture within the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or strategic systems integration consulting.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Demonstrable experience using AI to automate commercial workflows with quantifiable results.
  • Strong grounding in data management, analytics, and BI best practices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions with senior Sales stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or SQL.
  • Experience with integration and orchestration platforms like Workato.
