TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS/Retail): Managing and growing a portfolio of international retail and e-commerce customers with an accent on strategic relationship management and commercial growth. Focus on driving upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives while maximizing platform value for C-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (London, Amsterdam, or Stockholm). Work format: 4 days from the office and 1 day from home.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international retail and e-commerce customers across the full product offering.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives to ensure customer growth.
  • Lead strategy workshops, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Product teams by sharing customer insights and feedback to improve the platform.
  • Manage renewal processes and multiple customer dialogues simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, retail, e-commerce, CRM, or customer experience industries.
  • Background in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or similar commercial roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, Amsterdam, or Stockholm.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Swedish and/or Dutch.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Power BI.
