TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK (Hybrid role with relocation support provided).

What you will do
- Own and maintain relationships with director and executive-level buyers across a portfolio of 40-75 accounts.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on product adoption and growth.
- Host analytics workshops, brainstorms, and product trainings to ensure end-user success.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and records in Salesforce.
- Champion customer feedback to internal Engineering and Product teams.
- Consult customers on their analytics strategy and competitive positioning in the market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS post-sales customer management.
- Fluent in German.
- Proven experience managing a book of business in the $1M-$2.5M range.
- Ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.

- Experience managing relationships with high-growth tech companies.
- Prior experience with or other analytics tools.
- Background in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
