TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS/Analytics): Managing and growing a portfolio of DACH-based customers with an accent on product adoption, revenue retention, and strategic partnership. Focus on building relationships with executive stakeholders, driving business value through data insights, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK (Hybrid role with relocation support provided).

What you will do

  • Own and maintain relationships with director and executive-level buyers across a portfolio of 40-75 accounts.
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on product adoption and growth.
  • Host analytics workshops, brainstorms, and product trainings to ensure end-user success.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and records in Salesforce.
  • Champion customer feedback to internal Engineering and Product teams.
  • Consult customers on their analytics strategy and competitive positioning in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS post-sales customer management.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business in the $1M-$2.5M range.
  • Ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing relationships with high-growth tech companies.
  • Prior experience with hirify.global or other analytics tools.
  • Background in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
