What you will do

• Identify and manage a network of MSP partners and distributors in the USA.
• Support the onboarding of new partners and foster long-term, successful relationships.
• Organize and deliver training for sales partners and promote the MSP partner program.
• Create and execute partner business plans to ensure ongoing growth and success.
• Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and partner forums.
• Develop accurate forecasts and define actions to achieve sales targets in Texas.

Requirements

• Must reside in Dallas, Texas.
• Direct experience in partner account management or channel sales with MSPs is required.
• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in IT, ideally within IT security, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Demonstrated success in developing and growing sales partners with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging partners and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly for presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
