TL;DR

Key Account Director (Cybersecurity): Driving net new business acquisition and strategic growth within a portfolio of enterprise accounts with an accent on complex sales cycles and executive-level engagement. Focus on building robust pipelines, coordinating Proof of Value engagements, and influencing C-level decision-makers to secure large-scale cybersecurity contracts.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco area; role requires Hybrid attendance (3 days a week in office).

Compensation: $320,000–$340,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and upsell opportunities within a defined territory of enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead and coordinate Proof of Value (POV) engagements alongside technical solution engineers and cyber threat analysts.
  • Influence enterprise-wide buying decisions by engaging with CISOs, CIOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the San Francisco area.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a technical solution environment.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity sales is required.
  • Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles with average deal sizes of $500K+ and annual quotas exceeding $1M.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting and execution using a structured methodology like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.

  • Channel sales experience.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional enterprise accounts.
