Sales Manager, Inside Account Managers (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing a team of Inside Account Managers to drive net retention and expansion revenue within the Growth Segment with an accent on sales coaching, pipeline hygiene, and customer-centric growth strategies. Focus on transitioning early-career sellers into full-cycle account owners and implementing AI-powered sales tools for forecasting and account planning.

Location: Remote (US)

Base salary: $110,000 - 140,000 plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Inside Account Managers focusing on renewals, expansion, and product adoption for 1,200+ existing accounts.
  • Build and execute the expansion playbook for key product adoption and platform migrations.
  • Mentor early-career sellers transitioning into full-cycle account ownership through structured enablement and role plays.
  • Manage forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene using tools like Clari and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Channel Managers, and BDRs to support deal progression.
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools into forecasting, account planning, and sales coaching workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including experience as a manager, team lead, or mentor.
  • Proven ability to coach sales fundamentals (discovery, objection handling, qualification).
  • Experience with expansion and renewal motions, including cross-sell and upsell plays.
  • Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and Highspot.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered technologies and analytics for seller productivity.
