What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing and agreement project managers.
• Negotiate complex, high-value supplier agreements including Cloud, SaaS, and IT contracts.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations.
• Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
• Implement process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing workflows and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex supplier agreements, including Cloud and SaaS contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations.
• Experience in defense contracting or aerospace & defense industry procurement.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with AI applications in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or CSCP.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.
