What you will do

• Facilitate and author commodity strategies for key inbound products and services.
• Partner with Legal to negotiate and execute contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.
• Lead RFI and RFP initiatives to identify and select suppliers for security software and engineering services.
• Optimize procurement processes using ERPs (Coupa), PowerBI, and multiple AI models.
• Manage purchase requisitions and orders, administering Coupa for stakeholders.
• Reconcile invoices with contractual terms to resolve inconsistencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience crafting commodity strategies and executing contracts in partnership with legal teams.
• Demonstrated success in applying AI and machine learning to build procurement workflows.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and large data set manipulation).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and program management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS, Telecom, or Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) industries.
• Prior experience with Coupa and/or ServiceNow.
