Location: Hybrid (Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary). Minimum twice per week in office on anchor days.

Salary: $117,400 – $176,200 CAD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing across all categories (SaaS, IT, Professional Services) and execute category strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Lead negotiations for complex, enterprise-level vendor agreements and commercial terms.
• Drive procurement transformation, including the rollout of centralized intake workflows and operating models.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Advance procurement systems, automation, and AI-enabled operational controls.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex vendor pricing models.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment.
• Must be based in one of the hub locations: Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary.
