What you will do

• Mitigate employment-related risk through standardized contracting and effective decision-making.
• Manage and enhance global employment contract templates, handbooks, and related documentation.
• Advise global leadership on performance management, terminations, compensation, and employee classification.
• Oversee global immigration requirements and liaise with external legal counsel.
• Conduct internal investigations regarding conflicts of interest, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Provide training to the organization on relevant employment law and privacy matters.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• BA/BS/LLB from a top university or equivalent law degree.
• Proven experience in drafting employment contracts and managing employee legal matters.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, challenging global environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence teams across the organization.

• Foreign language skills, particularly German.
