What you will do

• Mitigate employment-related risk through standardized employee contracts, effective employee conversations, and sound legal decision-making.
• Draft, update, and manage global employment contracts, handbooks, procedures, and related documentation.
• Advise HR, Recruiting, leadership, and business teams on employment law, performance management, hiring, compensation, benefits, terminations, and worker classification.
• Support global immigration matters, employment issues in commercial contracts, and privacy-related employment matters.
• Manage external employment and immigration counsel and provide relevant employment-law training.
• Advise on internal investigations involving conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, conduct issues, and policy violations.

Requirements

• BA/BS/LLB or another relevant law degree from a top UK university or equivalent institution.
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least four years of post-qualification experience as an employment lawyer in a leading firm or in-house.
• Experience drafting employment contracts and handbooks and handling employee legal matters.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work with global Legal, HR, Recruiting, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, relationship-building, leadership, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• German or other foreign-language skills.
