What you will do

• Manage a team of fund accountants responsible for NAV production, financial statements, and client reports.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention while meeting service level agreements.
• Oversee the audit process and ensure all operational controls, including SOC1, are strictly followed.
• Manage team performance, training, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
• Track and manage client profit margins, staff utilization, and risk reviews.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fund administration industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff, including other administrators or fund auditors.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and audit processes.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CFA.
